The Danish Management Board (DMR) is a trade association within the Confederation of Danish Industries (DI), representing more than 180 management consulting companies. Our mission is to:

• develop professionalism and ethics in the
   consulting trade
• develop and improve the framework conditions
   for consulting companies in Denmark
• develop Denmark as a knowledge society

Professionalism and ethics
Responsible consulting companies understand and acknowledge their ethical obligations. Consequently, they find it natural to be members of DMR and undertake to act in conformity with our code of professional conduct.

With the Annual Danish Management Awards, DMR wants to emphasize the unique and successful consulting assignments and to acknowledge the best projects in the consultancy trade.

Better framework conditions
A strong consulting sector strenghtens the clients' competitiveness. It requires that the sector operates within a satisfactory set of framework conditions. Therefore, DMR supports the following political issues:

• Better tenders - better advice
• Business development - use the sector in the
   optimal way
• Public institutions as world class project tenderers

Denmark as a knowledge society
DMR actively participates in the development of the Danish society. Through our attachment to the Confederation of Danish Industries and participation in the Videnerhverv.dk-network, DMR is an active agenda-setting organization.
